Zelkai Internet Pulse ranks live topics using source diversity, freshness, trend velocity, source confidence, and commercial opportunity.
Signals
Signals come from public trend, news, reference, social, and video sources. Each signal is normalized into a topic, deduplicated, scored, and refreshed as new evidence appears.
Scores
- Velocity: how quickly a topic is accumulating recent signals.
- Source confidence: how many distinct sources and cited URLs support the page.
- Opportunity: velocity plus commercial/creator usefulness.
Quality rails
Low-source pages can be published as noindex until enough evidence accumulates. The goal is useful trend intelligence, not scaled low-value pages.
